By accessing or using Tedigo's products and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Services. Each Tedigo product (Agency, Maestro, Console) may also publish supplemental terms; where they conflict, product-specific terms control for that product.
Tedigo provides AI-powered productivity tools, including:
Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, API keys, and authentication tokens, and for all activity under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.
Tedigo offers free tiers and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice for active subscriptions.
You agree not to use the Services to:
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Services. By using the Services, you grant Tedigo a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Services to you.
We do not use your content to train AI models. AI subprocessors are configured with their training-opt-out terms enabled by default.
Content generated by AI features is provided as-is. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content — including code — before relying on it. Tedigo does not control and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or consequences of AI output produced by third-party providers.
The Services integrate with third-party providers, including but not limited to Hetzner (cloud infrastructure, Ashburn VA), Stripe (payments), and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Google Gemini, Fixie.ai/Ultravox). Your use of those integrations is subject to the third-party providers' respective terms.
The Services, including their software, design, and documentation, are owned by Tedigo and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Services does not transfer any ownership rights. Feedback you provide may be used by Tedigo without compensation or attribution.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEDIGO'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO TEDIGO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100). IN NO EVENT SHALL TEDIGO BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tedigo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Services or other users. Upon termination, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless legal requirements dictate longer retention.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware. You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
